Tuesday: Swim 1500. 30mins. Weights 50mins. High reps.

Wed: Run  in park around 45 mins. Cooler than usual. Easy run around 6.5km. Average HR=135bpm. 360cal.

Sun: Induction into new gym. Run to gym and back. 2000m row in 9mins. Swim 1500m.

Total: 6 sessions (3 hours)
