Thursday: 30min swim. 1500m. Stready

 Sunday: Swim. 1500m. 27mins. Weights 30mins. Run 30mins. 5km.

Total: 5 sessions (3hours)

Swim 2 sessions (60 mins);  Bike 0 sessions (mins); Run 2 sessions (70 mins); Strength 1 sessions (30 mins).
